We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and hardworking Maintenance / Handy Person to help maintain our apartment buildings and rental properties in Hinton.

This is a full-time, hourly position for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping properties in good condition, and can handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.

Responsibilities include

- General plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Minor electrical repairs
- Drywall patching and repairs
- Interior painting and touch-ups
- Vinyl flooring installation and repairs
- Landscaping and outdoor property maintenance
- Apartment repairs and preparation of units between tenants
- General building maintenance and other tasks as required

Qualifications:
- Experience in general maintenance, renovations, or handyman work




- Practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
