Key Responsibilities
- Assist students with personal and medical care needs
- Implement strategies outlined by teachers for individual plans
- Record observations on behavioral challenges
- Participate in collaborative student planning meetings
- Prepare individualized program materials under teacher guidance
Requirements:
- Educational Assistant Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience with students with challenging behaviors
- CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage dynamic and stressful situations
