As an Overnight Shelter Worker at YOU, you will supervise and assist youth while adhering to our policies and procedures. Your role involves conducting assessments, facilitating intakes/discharges, and providing essential support to youth in need. Key Responsibilities

- Administer youth assessments to initiate support plans
- Provide community referrals and support services
- Complete documentation including case notes and reports
- Maintain and input online case information effectively
- Conduct safety checks to ensure a secure environment

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in social services or related fields
- Experience with at-risk youth and community programs
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends
- Solid communication skills and conflict management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
