Turner Construction is seeking a dedicated SPO Superintendent for our Toronto office. This hands-on role demands strong leadership in self-perform operations and extensive industry knowledge. As an experienced SPO Superintendent, you will oversee and coordinate work on various projects while supporting safety compliance and ensuring quality.

Your responsibilities will include managing job site safety programs, developing job hazard analyses, and fostering high standards of care within the team. This full time position requires a focus on collaboration and effective communication to achieve project goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SPO staff on-site and coordinate with subcontractors
- Develop and implement job site safety programs




- Oversee project schedules and manage productivity
- Supervise Trade labor and mentor forepersons
- Communicate project scope and manage resources Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Superintendent
- At least 5 years of carpentry work experience
- Strong technical knowledge of self-perform operations
- Proficient in project management and MS Office
