Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of clerical duties to support the smooth operation of the hospital.
- Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the coordination of appointments and scheduling for various departments.
- Ensure effective communication between departments, staff, and patients.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Support the administrative needs of the healthcare team as required.

Requirements/Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are an asset.
- Completion of Medical Terminology Course




- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic health records systems.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingualism in English and French is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
