General Labourer – Residential Construction

Location: Toronto

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on general labourer for residential renovations, additions, custom homes, and underpinning projects. You must be handy, take pride in your work, and have some framing, finishing, and concrete experience.

Responsibilities

- Assist with framing, blocking, and general carpentry.
- Complete basic finishing work, including trim, baseboards, caulking, patching, and touch-ups.
- Assist with concrete preparation, formwork, pouring, and finishing.
- Carry out demolition, material handling, site preparation, and cleanup.
- Protect finished surfaces and maintain a clean, protected, organized job site.
- Follow measurements and instructions from the site supervisor.
- Support trades and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements
- Previous hands-on residential construction experience.
- Some framing, finishing, and concrete experience.




- Confident using common hand and power tools.
- Able to measure accurately and work carefully.
- Valid Ontario G2 driver’s licence minimum; full G preferred.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to understand safety information, follow instructions, and communicate clearly with the team.
- Physically capable of lifting materials and performing demanding work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to travel to job sites across Toronto.
- Positive attitude and respect for clients, coworkers, and their property.
