We are recruiting for eight roles: five General Labourers and one Draw Press Operator on our afternoon shift. One General Machine Welder and one Utility Worker 3 on our day shift. General Labourers | Afternoon Shift Monday to Thursday, 3:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.

· Learn and perform Class 3 operations, which may include packaging, scrape and test, CD welder loading, and assembly press operation.

· Complete assigned work safely, efficiently, and with attention to quality.

· Support production flow and maintain strong housekeeping standards.

· Follow company rules, procedures, and safe work practices.

· Complete other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Draw Press Operator | Afternoon Shift Monday to Thursday, 3:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.

· Perform operations associated with the Williams White and Eagles presses.

· Set up, load, and safely operate supporting equipment, including the uncoiler, overhead magnets, conveyors, washers, and the Omera machine area.

· Train on and safely operate the overhead crane for steel coil movement and a tow motor.

· Set up and maintain the correct part sizes for assembly.

· Complete and record hourly checks and work with Quality Control to verify results.





· Maintain good housekeeping and complete other duties assigned by the supervisor.

General Machine Welder | Day Shift Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

· Operate, or learn to operate, all three welders across all models.

· Troubleshoot problems, complete welder changeovers, and change weld wire as required.

· Perform minor preventive maintenance on welding equipment.

· Repair weld using the TIG process, or complete training to perform this work.

· Meet established quality and production requirements.

· Maintain the area in accordance with 5S housekeeping requirements and complete other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Utility Worker 3 | Day Shift Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

· Learn and perform Class 3 operations, which may include packaging, scrape and test, CD welder loading, and assembly press operation.

· Complete tasks safely, efficiently, and with attention to quality.

· Move between assigned production activities based on operational needs.

· Support production flow and maintain strong housekeeping standards.

· Follow company rules, procedures, and safe work practices.

· Complete other duties assigned by the supervisor.

What you bring

· Grade 12 diploma or GED.





· Manufacturing experience is preferred.

· Welding experience is an asset.

· A forklift licence is an asset.

· Advanced health and safety training is an asset.

· Versatile, self-motivated, and willing to learn a variety of tasks.
