What you'll do:

- Assist technicians and journeypersons with service, maintenance, and installation work.
- Support residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Learn safe work practices, tool use, equipment installation, and mechanical systems.
- Develop the skills and experience needed to pursue an apprenticeship and advance within the trades.

What we're looking for:

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Dependability, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Mechanical aptitude and an interest in the skilled trades.
- The ability to work independently when required and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's licence with a good driving record.
