Experienced Meat Cutters – Slaughterhouse

We are hiring experienced meat cutters for a slaughterhouse in the Brampton/GTA area. We are looking for reliable, hardworking candidates with previous hands-on experience in meat cutting and meat processing.

Responsibilities

- Cut, trim, and debone meat according to production requirements.
- Use knives and meat-cutting tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform meat preparation and processing tasks.
- Maintain proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Follow supervisors’ instructions and meet production targets.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced meat-processing environment.

Requirements

- Previous experience in meat cutting or slaughterhouse operations is required.
- Experience with trimming, deboning, and handling meat is preferred.
- Knowledge of safe knife handling and food hygiene practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work.




- Comfortable working in a cold processing environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
