Type: Full-time, permanent Base salary: $100,000 to $145,000 per year

Bonus: Performance-based, with total comp potential of $200K

Reports to: Ownership The prospect A newer, privately owned senior care community is looking for a GM to lead its growth phase. You'll build the operation: census, systems, budget, team and culture. You'll work directly with ownership, with no corporate layers in between.

The group is growing too. Strong performers have room to grow with it. What you'll own Growth: drive occupancy through sales and marketing P&L;: own the budget, from forecast to NOI People: hire, lead and keep a strong team

Systems: build the SOPs and reporting that scale

Compliance: keep licensing and safety airtight Residents and families: be the trusted face on the floor
