Southlake Regional Health Centre is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for the ACE unit in Newmarket, ON. You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with RNs, PT/OT, and other team members to support elderly patients and return to community care.

The role requires an RPN diploma, CNO registration in positive standing, and current BLS certification. Experience in acute geriatric medicine and IV therapy is preferred. Hybrid work considerations apply where applicable.
