Uchi Salt Lake City is seeking an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to lead a pastry team in a high-volume, scratch kitchen and help launch a current venue. The role includes relocating for training at other Uchi markets and eventual permanent placement in Salt Lake City.

Salary ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience. Selected candidates will participate in paid training across Uchi locations before relocation.
