Clio is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to support its Technical Infrastructure org (Production Engineering, IT, Security, Data Engineering). You will partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business goals and drive organizational health across rapid‑growing tech teams.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor on org design, capacity planning, performance management, and leadership development in a globally distributed, high‑growth SaaS environment.
