Key Responsibilities
• Document the current-state organisation and roles
• Conduct an organisational design analysis for gaps




• Build the Organisational RACI Matrix for clear roles
• Define the target knowledge management operating model
• Produce role profiles and resourcing requirements

Requirements:
• 8+ years in organisational design or effectiveness consulting
• Proven deliverables in RACI matrices and operating models
• Strong stakeholder engagement at executive levels
• Ability to work part time across multiple business units
