Perseus Group, on behalf of the Pegasus Portfolio, seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to oversee policy, recruiting, performance, engagement, employee relations, compliance, and M&A; HR due diligence for five business units across the US, Europe, and Canada.

The role partners with Legal, Payroll, Advantages, HRIS, Finance, IT, and external partners to drive HR strategy and execution, including change management and international employment considerations.
