HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The Logistics

Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the supply chain operations, ensuring that shipments and deliveries are executed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory standards. Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries of goods.

Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and documentation. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics documentation. Prepare shipping schedules, track shipments, and update stakeholders on delivery status.

Resolve any logistical issues that arise during the shipping process. Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, shipping partners, and internal teams.

Ensure that safety and quality standards are met in all logistics processes. Assist in the preparation of reports on logistics performance and cost analysis. Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.

Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.



Knowledge of logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong understanding of shipping procedures, international regulations, and customs documentation. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.

Experience working with international shipping and customs regulations is preferred.

Experience in using logistics management software or systems. Full-time position with a standard workweek of 40 hours. Flexibility in work hours may be required based on shipping schedules and global time zone coordination.
