Position Summary

Fast Leaf Inc. is seeking an experienced and hands-on Grower to manage daily cultivation activities across multiple micro-cultivation operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for plant health, environmental management, irrigation strategy, and overall crop performance from vegetative stage through harvest.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee plant health and development through all growth stages
- Monitor and adjust environmental parameters (HVAC, lighting, irrigation)
- Execute feeding programs and irrigation schedules
- Scout for pests, disease, and nutrient deficiencies




- Implement IPM strategies in coordination with management
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate cultivation records and production data
- Assist with harvest planning and post-harvest coordination
- Support and mentor cultivation technicians as needed

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a grower in a commercial horticulture or cannabis facility preferred
- Solid understanding of plant physiology, irrigation management, and environmental controls
- Experience working in a regulated environment considered an asset
- Ability to analyze crop performance and make data-driven decisions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in active cultivation rooms

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
