Role Overview

We are offering a 100% commission-based partnership with high earning potential for the right individual. In this role, your primary focus will be identifying potential business clients, initiating outreach, and bringing high-value digital marketing projects to Smart Radish.

If you excel at sales, networking, and outreach, this opportunity allows you to earn a direct percentage on every deal you bring in, with no cap on your income.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients who need digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Management, Paid Ads, Web Design, etc.).
- Run cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, networking, or cold calling.
- Pitch Smart Radish services, qualify client needs, and facilitate initial sales discussions.
- Close deals or schedule high-intent discovery calls with our agency leadership to close.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
