Key is headquartered in Austin, TX, and we’re building out a current, growing team in Montreal, QC. We’re looking for a skilled Senior VFX Artist with a strong passion for building a variety of real-time effects for environments, characters, and assets to join the Montreal team and help bring our first AAA game to life. Improve the visual quality of the game by crafting high-quality real-time visual effects.

Collaborate with Art, Lighting, Design, Sound, Animation, and Production to bring levels and features to life.



Help to improve technical pipelines and VFX creation techniques/tools. Mentor junior visual effect artists.

Proven track record at building beautiful and integrated VFX for Games Knowledge of Niagara Systems, Material Building, Texturing, Blueprints, Chaos Destruction, and other real-time VFX systems. Both technical and creative with an artistic vision. Familiarity with supportive software such as EmberGen, LiquiGen, Houdini, Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Photoshop, and After Effects.
