Duties

- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles with precision and flair
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening to clients’ needs, offering qualified advice, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and hair care treatments to enhance client results and boost sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare instructions,



and upcoming promotions or services
- Stay current on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education and training

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hair styling or cosmetology with a strong portfolio of work showcasing your skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a salon setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively discuss styles, products, and services with clients and team members
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a genuine interest in client needs
- Experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is a plus but not required
- Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by local regulations
