As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services, maintaining sanitation standards, and contributing to the overall success of the salon through effective communication and retail sales.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to client preferences
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety
- Upsell retail products to enhance client experience and increase salon revenue
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and managing payments




- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional salon environment

Skills

- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon setting
- Ability to upsell retail products tactfully to enhance client satisfaction
