This role sources top-quality talent by employing creative research techniques, including internet search engines, Boolean searches, database searches, social media, referral networks, and third-party agencies. The role critically and accurately assesses candidate capabilities using best practices in interviewing to identify the highest quality candidates.

Acting as a talent advisor, the role assesses talent according to business needs, recommending a shortlist of potential candidates and influencing business leaders on the best fit. The role may also collaborate with business leaders to address market conditions, challenges with role requirements, or skill-to-budget constraints,



recommending alternative solutions. Partner with business leaders to make final hiring decisions and negotiate offers with candidates.
