We specialize in luxury scalp therapy treatments that combine scalp care, relaxation, massage, and personalized wellness experiences.

We're looking for someone who has a genuine passion for scalp health, enjoys hands-on treatments, and takes pride in creating an unforgettable experience for every client.

Responsibilities

- Perform our signature head spa treatments following TBM protocols.
- Conduct scalp analyses and help clients understand their scalp concerns.
- Perform scalp cleansing, exfoliation, massage, and conditioning treatments.
- Use specialized head spa equipment, including our Yume beds, nano mist, and scalp analysis technology.
- Educate clients on scalp health, product recommendations, and at-home maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and relaxing treatment workplace.
- Participate in social media content creation, educational videos, and treatment demonstrations.
- Build client relationships and encourage rebookings and retail sales.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development.

Non-Negotiable Requirements




- Must have professional experience or relevant training in esthetics, haircare, massage, or scalp treatments.
- Must be passionate about scalp health and willing to continuously learn.
- Must be comfortable with social media, including appearing on camera, creating educational content, and participating in trends.
- Must have excellent hands-on massage skills and attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable working with all hair textures.
- Must be confident educating clients and recommending products.
- Must be reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining TBM's service standards.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
