Ville de Laval is seeking an experienced UX Designer to lead the digital user experience for the city’s transactional portal, shaping how residents interact with municipal services.

You will design for both existing products and recent services, create user journeys, wireframes and prototypes, run user testing, and collaborate with editors, translators and developers in a hybrid setting with a 33.75-hour week.
