Health Care Aide (HCA) – Private Home Care
Enhance Home Health | Edmonton, AB
Casual Positions | With the Potential of Growing into Part-Time & Full-Time Positions
About Enhance Home Health
$22.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience and availability
Enhance Home Health is a new and growing private home-care provider in Edmonton. We provide premium, personalized, relationship-based care designed around each client's individual needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
Our approach is simple:
Fewer rushed interactions, greater continuity of care, and a higher standard of service.
We are currently building our team of compassionate, professional Health Care Aides (HCAs) who want to be part of that growth.
A Transparent Look at the Opportunity
We want applicants to know exactly where we are today.
As a new business building our clientele, many of our current HCA opportunities are casual, and hours may initially be limited or fluctuate based on client demand.
For this reason, these roles are particularly well suited to HCAs who already have employment, school, family commitments, or another source of income and are looking to supplement their income with additional private home-care shifts.
Casual staffing, however, is not our long-term model.
As our client base grows and consistent care schedules are established, we intend to offer:
- Guaranteed-hour positions
- Permanent part-time positions
- Permanent full-time positions
We are looking for great people now who are interested in the opportunity to grow with Enhance Home Health as our business expands. Future positions will depend on client demand, scheduling needs, qualifications, availability, and suitability for individual client assignments.
Compensation
- $22.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience and availability

The Role As an HCA with Enhance Home Health, you will provide personalized care and support in clients' homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, safety,
and quality of life.
This is more than completing care tasks. We are looking for caregivers who understand the importance of professionalism, discretion, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and building trusted relationships.
