What We're Looking For We're looking for experienced Heavy Duty Mechanics who take pride in their work, can troubleshoot and repair equipment independently, and are comfortable working in the field.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Journeyperson Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification or an Interprovincial Red Seal.
- Experience working out of a service truck.
- Hands-on experience with construction equipment, underground mining equipment, or both.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and mechanical repair skills.
- A safety-focused mindset and the ability to work independently.
