The company serves municipalities, contractors, and industrial businesses.
Main Challenges We are looking for a heavy equipment mechanic for a position in Montreal.
The job involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy equipment and vehicles.
The successful candidate is responsible for the proper operation and safety of the equipment.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair vehicles or mechanical equipment to ensure their proper operation, safety, and reliability.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or other malfunctions.
Hydraulics.
- Repair, adjust, or replace defective parts.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Experience And Requirements
- Training in mechanics (automotive, diesel, industrial, or construction equipment).
- Valid Class 3 driver's license
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools.
- Rigorous, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
- Relevant training or certification
