- Salary: $110,000 to $120,000

- 8+ years in development operations, advancement services or fundraising analytics, including leading managers
- Campaign operations experience (gift counting, pledge management, board reporting)
- Advanced enterprise fundraising CRM experience; Tessitura a solid asset
