This position focuses on investigating fire losses, applying scientific methods, and documenting findings for policyholder claims. In this role, you will take charge of thorough investigations to determine the causes of fires. You will recreate event sequences, validate hypotheses, and engage with policyholders to comprehend claim circumstances. Your technical expertise will ensure comprehensive reporting and contribution to dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities
• Investigate loss sites to establish fire cause and circumstances
• Document findings and support conclusions with written reports




• Collaborate with adjusters and appraisers on claims
• Analyze specimens to determine fire causation
• Manage storage of relevant evidence and documentation

Requirements:
• Over 10 years of fire investigation experience
• Technical college diploma or equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge of construction and fire propagation laws
• Solid communication skills for report writing
