You will work in teams to provide high-quality residential cleaning services, ensuring every client comes home to a clean and comfortable space. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Residential Cleaning
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Make beds, change linens, and tidy rooms
- Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed
Team Collaboration
- Work in a team to complete cleans efficiently and to standard
- Communicate with your partner and support each other throughout the day
- Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
Client Interaction
- Provide friendly, professional service to clients
- Facilitate collection of payments and complete required paperwork for each clean
- Report any issues or concerns to your supervisor
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- A positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of cleaning
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team without direct supervision
- A clean criminal record check
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to live in the Winnipeg area
- Authorization to work in Canada
