Duties

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and recreational spaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, linens, and amenities to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Follow established safety and sanitation procedures during all cleaning activities to promote a healthy setting.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety.
- Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality and guest privacy at all times.




- Use industrial cleaning equipment efficiently for deep cleaning tasks when necessary.

Experience

- Prior custodial or cleaning experience in a hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with hotel cleaning protocols or industrial cleaning techniques is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Strong work ethic with an energetic attitude and positive approach toward guest service responsibilities.
