Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and room preparation to ensure timely and thorough service.
- Train and motivate housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness standards aligned with hospitality industry best practices.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment.
- Address guest requests or concerns promptly, resolving issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Implement health and safety procedures to promote a safe working workplace for all team members.




- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or event setups as needed.

Requirements

- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning environments.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment operation, and safety standards related to custodial work.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to effectively train staff and interact with guests or management.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods while performing cleaning duties.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards in fast-paced settings.
