Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning team. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction within our hospitality setting. This leadership role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in cleaning and custodial services.

The Housekeeping

Supervisor will coordinate staff schedules, monitor cleaning procedures, and uphold safety and quality standards across all areas.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.
- Train new team members on cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock levels.
- Develop work schedules that meet operational needs while maximizing staff productivity.




- Address guest requests or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all staff members.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities around events or special occasions.

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial services, or hospitality environments, with a strong understanding of cleaning protocols.
- Prior hotel experience or experience in industrial cleaning is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Valuable communication skills for effective coordination with team members and management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and safety procedures related to custodial work.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
