You will gain practical experience in HR operations by assisting with recruitment, organizing candidate information, and promoting internship opportunities using Canva. This role requires 16-20 hours weekly, working from 1 PM to 4 PM. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of recent interns
- Organize candidate information using Excel tools
- Create satisfaction surveys for intern feedback
- Develop promotional content via Canva for social media
- Coordinate professional development workshops and events Requirements:
- Must be a senior at Trenton Central High School
- Organized and detail-oriented with sensitive data
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Comfortable using Canva for content creation
