Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate employee training planning and communications
• Facilitate instructor-led training sessions for diverse audiences

• Administer Learning Management Systems and assessments

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in HR, Learning & Development, or related field
• 2–4 years training coordination experience
• Solid presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools, preferably Articulate 360
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Bring your skills in training coordination and employee engagement to TTM, driving effective learning solutions and HR initiatives.
