McKesson is seeking a Digital Agent Developer to design, build, test, and continuously improve AI-powered agents across voice, chat, and email channels within the Sierra Agent OS ecosystem. You will partner with platform engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure agent solutions and improve customer outcomes.

Required 2+ years in AI agents or related software development, plus hands-on experience with prompts, tool calls, and multi-LLM patterns.
