We are seeking an experienced Immigration Sales Counsellor to join our team in Surrey, BC. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of sales experience within an immigration consultancy, strong communication skills, and a client-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Understand clients’ needs and arrange consultations with the appropriate immigration professional.
- Explain the company’s services, fees, and service agreements clearly.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into consultations and service bookings.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the processing team to support client communication and document collection.
- Meet sales targets while maintaining ethical practices and client confidentiality.
- Refer immigration eligibility assessments and legal advice to an authorized immigration skilled.
Skills
- Minimum three years of sales experience within an immigration consultancy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with immigration services and application processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and CRM software.
