We are currently seeking an energetic, friendly, and driven Sales Associate to join our retail team.

Position Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, driving sales and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer engagement, strong communication skills, and a desire to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide professional assistance and product demonstrations.
- Drive sales by recommending appropriate products, cross-selling complementary items, and highlighting current promotions.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organized.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, unpacking stock, and price tagging.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly,



escalating complex issues to the store management team when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar guest-facing role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Comfort working with technology, including POS software and basic inventory management tools.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and day/evening shifts as per retail needs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to reliably commute to our Mississauga, ON (L5B 3C3) location.

- Competitive hourly pay: $20.40 – $25.40 per hour (based on experience).
