Your role will be instrumental in developing our groundbreaking Intuitive Motion Planner. As a key leader, you will harness your engineering expertise to bridge the gap between research and market readiness. You’ll manage the end-to-end development of IMP, ensuring it operates on a versatile, hardware-agnostic platform that meets the demands of today's robotic solutions. Collaborate with early adopters to quickly iterate on product offerings. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage the technology roadmap for Wisemotion
- Oversee motion planning algorithm design and optimization




- Deliver commercially viable versions of IMP with best practices
- Develop strategic IP frameworks with the founding team
- Recruit and lead a high-performing technical workforce Requirements:
- Masters or Doctorate in a relevant field
- Expertise in robotics, motion planning, or AI/ML
- Solid programming expertise in C++ or Python
- Experience with ROS/ROS 2, MoveIt, or related platforms
