This is a high-volume outbound phone sales role. If you're comfortable making cold calls, enjoy talking to new people, and are motivated by results, you'll thrive here.
What You'll Do:
- Make outbound calls to schools across Canada and the U.S.
- Build relationships with IT decision-makers.
- Generate new sales opportunities.
- Grow and manage your sales pipeline.
- Work closely with sales leadership and receive ongoing coaching.
What We're Looking For:

- Coachable and eager to learn
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset, not required
- No tech industry experience required. We'll train you.
What We Offer:
- $18.55/hour base pay plus uncapped commission
- Typical first-year earnings of $50,000-$60,000+

- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM schedule with no evenings or weekends
