Starting Wage: $25.00/hour

Arrowhead Security is seeking dependable and professional individuals to join our team as Institutional Safety Officers (ISOs) in Winnipeg.

Requirements:

- Previous security experience is an asset
- Security Guard Licence preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to remain qualified in high-pressure situations
- Reliable attendance and flexible availability

Position Responsibilities:

- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Conduct routine patrols and monitor assigned areas
- Respond to incidents and emergencies
- Complete accurate incident reports
- Follow established safety and security procedures
