The Role

We’re adding an Insurance Estimator & Claims Specialist to our claims department. In this role, you’ll prepare accurate, well-documented Xactimate estimates, work alongside adjusters, and help our homeowners get through the claims process with confidence. You’ll play a key part in keeping claims moving and making sure every job is scoped correctly from the start.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare detailed Xactimate estimates for roofing and exterior claims
- Review adjuster scopes and policy language, identify missed items, and prepare supplements with proper documentation
- Communicate with adjusters and insurance companies to resolve questions and get claims approved
- Support our sales team and homeowners by explaining the claims process clearly
- Use inspection photos, measurements, and reports to support every line item
- Keep claim files organized and help track jobs through to final payment
- Deliver estimates in a timely manner and keep the team updated on progress





What We’re Looking For

- Strong working knowledge of Xactimate, including current pricing and updates
- Previous insurance claims experience. Adjuster or restoration estimating background is a strong asset
- Understanding of policy language and how coverage decisions are made
- Knowledge of roofing and exterior systems and how they’re scoped and priced
- Confidence to advocate professionally when a scope needs another look
- Strong organization and the ability to manage your workload independently
- Transparent, respectful communication with homeowners, adjusters, and teammates
- A high personal standard and pride in doing the work right

Pay: $52,000.00-$94,500.00 per year
