We're seeking an experienced customer success leader to build and scale a high-performing post-sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing strategy, leading teams, driving customer retention and growth, and partnering closely with key enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and account growth.
- Build and optimize scalable customer success programs, processes, and playbooks to support long-term growth.




- Develop a customer success model that balances strategic account management with efficient digital and self-service engagement.
- Partner with key customers to strengthen relationships, increase product adoption, and support renewal and expansion opportunities.
- Hire, coach, and mentor a growing team while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.

Requirements

- 7+ years of leadership experience within Customer Success, Account Management, or a related post-sales function, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven success building or transforming customer-facing teams, processes, and operating models.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving renewals, retention, revenue growth, and customer expansion.
- Skilled at using customer data, adoption metrics, and health indicators to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to influence executives, support enterprise clients, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
