- Participate in internal team discussions, client preparation, and transaction execution support across multiple active projects.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, responsiveness, and professionalism in all work products and communications.

- Academic experience performing a discounted cash flow analysis (DCF), comparables and precedents analysis and other valuation techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to financial modeling, research databases, CRM tools, data visualization, or AI-enabled productivity tools is an asset.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation workflows, prompt engineering, or AI-enabled research and productivity tools is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly and professionally.
- High attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a remote setting while staying highly responsive and team-oriented with the broader team.
- Eligible to work remotely from Canada and available to collaborate across Eastern Time business hours.
