LRO Staffing in Ottawa is seeking a Quality Control Manager for a permanent assignment. You will own the Quality Management System (QMS), drive ISO 9001 certification and ongoing compliance, and lead the QA and QC team on the shop floor.

This hands-on leadership role blends strategy with daily problem solving, translating customer workmanship standards into explicit direction, overseeing NCRs and corrective actions, and spearheading continuous improvement across the operation.
