We are looking for a motivated and sales-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and serving both retail and wholesale clients, turning their visions into reality through expert design solutions and outstanding customer service. By understanding each client's unique needs, preferences, and budget, you will create functional, beautiful kitchen designs while contributing to our team’s success.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Proactively generate sales opportunities with retail customers and business-to-business clients, supplementing walk-in, phone, and website leads.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their kitchen design needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Develop detailed kitchen layouts and designs using 2020 Design software.
- Present design concepts to clients, incorporate feedback, and refine designs to exceed expectations.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships.
- Upsell complementary products and services to enhance the overall kitchen experience.
- Stay up to date on market trends, materials, and appliances in kitchen design.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire design and sales process, addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly.
- Manage inside and outside sales activities,



including CRM updates and order processing.
- Contribute to showroom staffing on a rotational schedule, including one Saturday every five weeks.

Requirements

- Proven experience in kitchen sales and design or a related field (preferred).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
- Experience upselling products and services to elevate client experiences.
- Proficiency with 2020 Design software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Fluent in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and an understanding of current trends in kitchen design, materials, and appliances.
