Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Estimator/Sales Manager to join our team. This dual-role position combines the responsibilities of project estimation and client relationship management, requiring a professional with strong construction background and sales acumen. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth while ensuring accurate project cost assessments and effective client negotiations.

Duties

- Prepare detailed construction estimates using industry-standard software - training provided
- Manage the entire sales process from initial client contact to contract signing, including conducting site visits, presenting proposals, and negotiating terms.




- Collaborate with project managers and field crews to develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
- Utilize project management tools to track bid submissions, follow-ups, and client communications to maximize conversion rates.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Construction experience is essential; familiarity with heavy civil or landscape projects is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical details clearly to clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $49,200.00-$150,000.00 per year
