Job Summary

We are a premier property maintenance company. We pride ourselves on high-quality workmanship, reliability and excellent customer service. Our services include landscape maintenance, soft washing, pressure washing, window cleaning and specialized landscape installations- transitioning to snow removal services during the winter months.

We are seeking both an experienced landscaper and landscape assistants for our Spring 2027 season, with the option for the right candidate to start early for winter snow removal operations. If you are applying for the role of an experienced landscaper, we would prefer someone who wants to work towards becoming a crew leader. For either role, the ideal candidates will have a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes.

Must have experience with various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including lawn care, garden bed maintenance, hedge trimming, and operating both hand and power tools.

The Landscape Laborer will contribute to creating and sustaining aesthetically pleasing environments for residential and commercial properties.

Starting at $25.00 / hour, wage depending on experience.

Full-Time (Monday-Friday) during maintenance season (April-November).

Year-round employment potential through winter transitions; weather-dependent hours during snow season (November-April).

Key Responsibilities

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding and property cleanup.
- Properly plant trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Design, build and maintain garden beds.
- Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely and efficiently.
- Utilize hand tools for various landscaping tasks including planting and maintenance.




- Assist in the installation of sod and artificial grass.
- Assist in hardscape installation projects (pavers, retaining walls, etc).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and equipment.
- Operate exterior cleaning equipment (pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning).
- Ensure proper maintenance, loading, and safe operation of company trucks, trailers and power tools.
- Winter Tasks: assist with snow clearing (plow, snow blower, manual shovelling) and salting/de-icing properties.

Skills

- Robust mechanical knowledge to operate various landscaping equipment effectively.
- Ability to enhance outdoor spaces.
- Experience in landscape maintenance is highly desirable.
- Experience with installing sod and artificial grass preferred.
- Experience with hardscaping preferred.
- Proficient in using both power tools and hand tools safely.
- Capability to dig, plant, and maintain gardens with attention to detail.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Prior experience in landscape maintenance (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Horticultural certificate (preferred).
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required).
