You will define architectural roadmaps across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or custom application scopes and bridge business strategy with technical execution. You will mentor developers and analysts, drive governance, upgrades, and performance optimization while delivering upgrade-secure designs and seamless integrations with Datadog, Jira, PagerDuty,
