Catharines and Niagara Falls. This full-time, permanent, in-person role requires overseeing accounting operations and providing insights that drive decision-making. With your financial expertise, you will shape the future of a locally rooted organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily accounting operations, including payroll and A/R
- Manage intercompany transactions and consolidated reporting
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements as per ASPE




- Develop budgets and cash flow projections accurately
- Implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in retail
- In-depth knowledge of ASPE and inventory accounting
- Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks or SAP
- Valid driver's licence for travel between locations Drive financial strategy and insights as a critical member of a growing organization.
